Bye bye Orange! Welcome to Free
After been using for one year and half, Orange as my main ISP. I decided to cancel my contract due to the poor connection bandwidth, the everyday multiple reboot and support that, actually, doesn’t support anything.
I’ve been trying to restore my ADSL line for 6 month, without success. I resigned then.
The irony is…I’m working whithin the same Company Group
. And to do an effective support for my customers, I really need to have a reliable connection from home. So I changed for another competitor!
I’ve now, an actually stable and quicker ADSL connection (double time faster). Not bad at all.
The support is also in Marocco, like any other French ISP. And doesn’t seem to be efficient too.
And it took about 2 weeks to have all conection established. That a quite long.
