After been using for one year and half, Orange as my main ISP. I decided to can­cel my con­tract due to the poor con­nec­tion band­width, the every­day mul­ti­ple reboot and sup­port that, actu­ally, doesn’t sup­port any­thing.
I’ve been try­ing to restore my ADSL line for 6 month, with­out suc­cess. I resigned then.

The irony is…I’m work­ing whithin the same Com­pany Group . And to do an effec­tive sup­port for my cus­tomers, I really need to have a reli­able con­nec­tion from home. So I changed for another competitor!

I’ve now, an actu­ally sta­ble and quicker ADSL con­nec­tion (dou­ble time faster). Not bad at all.
The sup­port is also in Marocco, like any other French ISP. And doesn’t seem to be effi­cient too.
And it took about 2 weeks to have all conec­tion estab­lished. That a quite long.
